DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
The teacher's task is to execute an educational program for students by collaborating with the School Site Principal. Additionally, they must participate in other school programs as deemed necessary.

About Vallejo High School
Vallejo High School, one of two main high schools in the Vallejo City Unified School District, serves around 1,240 students. This year, the senior class comprises 271 students. Our diverse student body includes 52% Hispanic or Latino, 25% African American, 12% Filipino, 7% White, and 4% from other Asian, Pacific Islander, and Native American backgrounds. Over 20 primary languages other than English are spoken by our students. According to home language surveys and district testing, 368 students are identified as English learners, while 318 have been re-designated as Fluent English Proficient. The majority of our students are first-generation college-bound, with only 2.3% of parents having completed college.
